Clear and Colored Tempered Laminated Glass
Tempered glass is ordinary annealed glass is first cut to the required size, and then heated to close to the softening point of 700 degrees or so, and then rapid and uniform cooling and obtained (usually 5-6MM glass in 700 degrees high temperature heating 240 seconds or so, cooling 150 seconds or so. 8-10MM glass in the 700 degrees high temperature heating 500 seconds or so, cooling 300 seconds or so. (In short, according to the different thickness of the glass, the choice of heating and cooling time is also different). After tempering treatment, uniform compressive stress is formed on the surface of the glass, while tensile stress is formed inside, so that the bending and impact strength of the glass can be improved, and its strength is about four times more than that of ordinary annealed glass. Tempered glass that has been toughened cannot be cut, ground or damaged.
FEATURES:
1.5 times harder than ordinary float glass,stronger resistance to thermal breakage than annealed or heat strengthened glass.
2. Once breakage occurs,the glass disintegrates into small cubical fragments,which are relatively harmless to human body.
3. It with stands abrupt temperature change of 220 centigrade.
4. Sizes are produced as per customer request.Once tempered,it can not be cut down.

A5: Can't. The national standard stipulates: the glass that stresses the difference cannot make laminated glass, because in use process, the pressure that two pieces of glass bears is different.
Q6: Whether the laminated glass can fire, can the sound insulation?
A6: No, the smaller the particle, the easier it is to explode.
Q7: How many uv low-e glass can reduce?
